The calendar for the school year 2017-2018 has now been finalised.
We will reopen for the new school year on Thursday 31st August. The full calendar will be available early next week.

Ceolchoirm

We had a lovely little ceolchoirm le haghaidh Seachtain na Gaeilge yesterday. The boys sang songs and rhymes as Gaeilge for the whole school.

Next week we will be celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge. We have lots of activities arranged for the week to encourage the buachaillí to speak the cúpla focal.
The boys will all enjoy a ceilí. Lá Glas will be on Wednesday 15th March which will be great fun too and we will have our own Paráid Lá le Padraig!
The boys will also put on a concert for all the classes and our First Classes will enjoy a Tráth na gCeist (table quiz) as gaeilge!
We are looking forward to a very exciting week!
Don’t forget to try and use cúpla focal with the boys!

Parents’ Association Cake Sale

The PA will hold their annual cake sale next Friday, 10th March. This is a very popular event with the boys, parents and staff! All donations of baked goods are gratefully accepted and don’t forget to come along and get some treats for the weekend.
There will also be a raffle and a “Guess the amount” jar. The prizes in the raffle are:

2nd Prize – Football Cake
3rd Prize – Easter Egg Hunt Basket (see this amazing prize below)
