We love our new STEM toys for yard. We’ve spent so many sunny and cloudy days building houses and cars, towers and trains. We love working together and problem solving what slides, what rolls and how we can put the gears to work. Here are some of our fabulous creations and inventions!
We had a super day at the Red Mountain Open Farm. Well done to all the boys. They were a credit to themselves. They were so well behaved and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We are very proud of them!

The boys from other classes visited our ASD Class to celebrate Autism Awareness Week. It was great fun for all the boys.

To raise awareness of World Down Syndrome Day, we had an Odd Sock Day! Everyone wore odd socks to school.
It was great fun!
The boys really enjoyed the string quartet on Tuesday! We listened to lots of tunes and learned about string instruments.
We had a visit from members of the Garda Band today who helped us get in the Christmas spirit with lots of singing and dancing! If you look carefully, you’ll spot a special visitor who joined in for some of the fun!
We had an Ice Cream Fun Day in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland today. The boys thoroughly enjoyed their ice cream treats! Thank you to Marie and Angela for all the hard work.
We had a great day on Friday on our School Tour to the Pine Forest Art Centre. The boys were fantastic and received lots of compliments from the staff on their excellent behaviour. Well done boys!
