We are learning all about the number 9. We worked with the boys in our groups to show the story of 9 using hoops, balls and bean bags. Maths is always fun when we work together!

We made play dough

We made play dough using flour, salt, water, oil and food colouring. First we mixed the dry ingredients together, then we mixed the wet ingredients together. Finally, we mixed both the dry and wet ingredients together in a bowl until the dough was ready for us to play with.

We’re going on a house hunt…

We have been learning about different types of houses and homes, such as; detached, semi-detached, terraced, cottages and flats. We went on a house hunt around the local community to see what houses we could find, we stopped off at the local Estate agents to see the types of houses for sale in the local area. It was hard work searching for the houses on our checklist, so we stopped off at the café for a rest and a gingerbread man!
